There's a whole lot of it between stars, planets, even inside atoms. Nothingness separates matter from matter, and without it there wouldn't be objects in any known sort of sense.

Many people believe Ofto is sentient and has a few physical forms it can take on to communicate with beings in its universe. As far as current science knows, Ofto isn't actually complete emptiness, but an omnipresent field of incredibly brief particles and antiparticles. Ofto might have existed before the Universe as we know it and will probably exist until the end of time, whenever that is. A popular theory states that Ofto created our universe through sheer chance. Many people argue that Ofto may as well represent the concept of chance itself.
